Within the context of Larinas' Labyrinth the term "Services" refers to:

1. Psychic, Tarot, Numerology or Mediumship services,

2. Library, Reference material, Education and Informational material, blogs and anything that is provided directly by Anah Parreli or persons sourced by her to create content for the website.

When booking a reading or using ANY SERVICE provided by Anah and Larina's Labyrinth, you acknowledge and agree implicitly or directly that you have read the Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Use listed here. You also agree to the following:

Bookings

Online Video/Audio Services

To book a psychic medium service to be delivered online through video or audio conferencing, you will need a stable internet connection. Anah offers phone readings and services to Australian residents. You have a choice of 20 minutes, 30 minutes or 60 minutes and they are priced accordingly. 20 minute consults will only be given to returning clients as a follow up. To book a consult - use the booking form identifying what service you wish to recieve, and how long. Anah will contact you to confirm an apointment time with you, and payment is to be made BEFORE the appointment time. If you leave payment until the last moment Anah will view it as a 'change of mind'. Please make sure your payment has been processed at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you are unable to attend and need to cancel - please ensure you contact Anah at least 24 hours in advance and make sure you read the 'cancellations policy".

Numerology

Anah offers two types of Numerology Charts. You can order them through the booking form. Once payment has been received, please allow up to 48 hours for the short Report to be emailed to you, and a week for the extended report. Payment is made through the payment gateway on the services page in the numerology section.

Face To Face (in Person) for Locals

Local people can receive a face to face appointment by booking through the contact form, or if they have Anah's personal contact details they can call or email her directly. Anah will usually phone them to establish an agreed time and date for the consult. Payment can be made upon arrival by either Cash or Pay ID. A failure to show, or a failure to cancel will not receive a financial penalty, however it is unlikely that Anah will reschedule unless there is a good explanation.

Tarot Email Services

To book a Tarot Service, identify which service you seek, and complete the booking form. Once your payment for the service has been received, you can expect your message within 48 hours (usually earlier and the time frame is to accommodate time differences). Payment can be made on the Services Page in the Tarot section, please make sure you click the right payment amount.

General Conditions of Service

1. Adult: You are 18 years of age or older

2. Mental Health Assurance: You will attend your appointment without being under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering substances. If you have a history of mental illness your condition is currently stabilised OR you will be attending with an appropriate caregiver to support you. Alternatively, you agree that Anah may determine that it is not appropriate to offer you Psychic or Tarot services and will instead offer healing and strategy for health. Both parties can terminate the appointment in this instance, if it is believed that it is unhelpful or potentially harmful. Additionally, if you attend for a service under the influence of alcohol and /or substances Anah will terminate the appointment immediately.

3. Predictions: you agree that predictions are not ‘concrete’ and are purely possibilities, and that your future is your responsibility, where you have free will, and the ability to follow your own intuition.

4. No Advice: You recognise that any information that is provided in the course of the service is not a substitute for professional advice and are suggestions only to complement existing professional treatments, but never to replace. If it is identified that there is a health risk or so forth you will ensure that you get the appropriate treatment from a qualified professional.

5. Punctuality: You will arrive to the scheduled appointment on time, and if the appointment is online or telephone you will ensure that you have a stable connection.

6. Recording: Anah does not record the sessions with video or audio. In Australia it is illegal to record a person without their consent. If you would like to record the consult- please let Anah know and ask permission first. Equally if there is a third party in the same room out of the line of the camera, recording, that is also unlawful.

7. You have read and agree to the Disclaimer, the Liability Waiver, the Payments and Refunds policies, and the other conditions in the Terms of Use.

Payments, Refunds and ChargeBacks

Payments

Online Services, including Live or Email: Fees are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payments are made through the website and the payment gateway. Appointments will not be confirmed until the payment is made, and email services will not be delivered until the payment is received. NOTE: Currency conversion is your responsibility, and Anah will not pay any fees for currency conversion.

Face to Face: Upon arrival, payments can be made by either Cash or PAY ID.

Refunds

Larina's Labyrinth has an overarching NO REFUND policy for service work. However, there may be times when a full or partial refund will occur at the discretion of Larina's Labyrinth. Any refunds will given in the original payment tender (eg. Paypal, Credit Card and so forth).

• If you arrive late to your appointment, the reading does not continue outside the scheduled time frame, and you do not get a refund. If you arrive ten minutes late - you are considered a 'no show' and there will be no refund.

• If your service is delivered online and you lose connection midway through the service because of your technology, there is no refund.

• Refunds do not apply if you 'change your mind' after receiving your service, decide that it was not what you were hoping for, or do not get told what you wanted to hear. You wouldn't purchase a movie and then complain to the cinema that the movie wasn't to your liking and expect a refund, (or any service for that matter).Please check the cancellation policy here. Additionally, the nature of the service makes a warranty or guarantee impossible; see our warranty and guarantee policy here. Refunds do not apply to last minute 'change of minds' or 'no shows'.

Chargebacks and Payment Reversals

Chargebacks and payment reversals occur when a person receives a service and then goes to the financial institution to cancel the transaction. At Larina's Labyrinth, we believe this is theft, at best, fraudulent and criminal. While this has not been an experience for Anah Parreli, we know that the industry is notorious for chargebacks. If this were to occur, we would report it to the authorities. Equally, we take the same approach to credit card fraud, or Identity theft and the unauthorised use of another persons card. If someone uses your card without your consent, we recommend you contact your financial institution.

Terminations

Both parties have the right to terminate a consult at any time, during the consultation. Refund will be dependent on the circumstances and at the discretion of Anah who MAY issue either a partial or full refund. For example, terminating at the 55-minute mark of a 60-minute consult will not result in a refund.In the event that Anah establishes that you are under the age of 18, your consultation will be terminated immediately. Refund will be at her discretion which may be partial or full. A Termination does not automatically result in a refund. Please see the terms on Cancellations.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Sometimes despite the best of intentions, appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled. If you are unable to attend please notify Anah at anah@larinaslabyrinth.com 48 hours before your appointment and you will receive a full refund, and we can reschedule.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a non-refundable administration fee of $30, which must be paid before confirming your new appointment. Anah reserves the right to waive this fee at her discretion.

Public Disclaimer

Warranty and Guarantees

There is no Warranty and Guarantee offered for Psychic/Energy services, especially around any predictions. The Customer agrees to hold the view that Psychic readings are 'for Entertainment Purposes Only". Anah and Larinas Labyrinth do not guarantee the accuracy, truth, or reliability of information provided during services. Future predictions are possibilities, not certainties. You have free will and are responsible for your decisions and actions.

Confidentiality

Anah Parreli and Larinas Labyrinth recognise that clients often make disclosures during a consultation, of a very private, confidential and often sensitive nature, and these are treated with the utmost respect. There may be times when Anah and Larina's Labyrinth are required to breach the confidentiality as part of upholding legal obligations. These are outlined in the Privacy Policy as "health disclosures" and where it the seeker has identified a risk of either harm to themselves or a desire and intention to hurt another person in irreversible ways. These types of disclosures are informed by legislation, which might carry legal penalties to Anah and Larinas Labyrinth if the information is not disclosed. You will be informed if this type of disclosure will be made.

Liability Waiver

(a) Release of Liability: By participating, you waive and release Anah Parreli, Larina's Labyrinth, and its representatives from any liability for loss, damage, or injury arising from services. This includes claims under contract, tort (including negligence), statute, equity, or otherwise.

(b) Indemnity: You indemnify Larina's Labyrinth and its representatives against any liability for loss, damage, or injury arising from your participation in services. This includes claims under contract, tort (including negligence), statute, equity, or otherwise.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia, including courts of appeal.
